How to activate new service or register a new device.
Step 1

Once you have your home network system connected to Fibersphere's high-speed network simply open any web browser and type the IP address into the address bar and press "Enter". Next you will see the Fibersphere Service Activation page.

Step 2

If you're activating service for the first time you will need to enter your activation code in the third field then click the "Submit" button. If you've already activated service but need to register a new device you will need to enter your Fibersphere account username and password in the upper two fields then press the "Submit" button.

If any login errors occur, click your web browser's Back button and try logging in again.

Step 3

New Service Activation

The next page will be the account creation page. If you're activating service for the first time you will need to enter in you personal contact information. Enter your email address in the first field which will also be used as your online Fibersphere account username. Enter a password for your online Fibersphere account in the second field and type it again in the third field to confirm the password. Enter your full name, address, and phone number in the following fields. Select your service package on the right-hand side of the screen. Now press the "Activate" button below to finalize your service activation.

Device Registration

If you're registering a new device you can skip the data entry section and simply press the "Activate" button. This will register your new device's MAC address with the network.

*Note: The password must be at least eight(8) characters long, less than fifteen(15) characters long, and include at least one(1) letter and one(1) number.

Step 4

When you see the following page, you've just completed the service activation or a new device registration. You do not need to record or remember your newly assigned IP address, as it is subject to change at any time*. All you need to do is restart your computer, as well as any router or firewall you have connected as part of your home network. Once restarted, you will now be able to access the Internet.
